Alison Gardner
My Favorite Book:
Fiction: “Shantaram” and “My Name is Red”
Non-fiction: “Descartes' Error” and “The Brain that Changes Itself”
Children: “The Geranium on the Windowsill Just Died but Teacher You Went Right On” and “Once Upon A Time: A Book of Old-Time Fairy Tales”
Why I Serve:
The library, for me, is irrefutable evidence that welcoming spaces exist to support and further all questions from all sources. I would like to be part of the cheerleading reminder wave.
