Congratulations to Diego Hernandez-Calabria, this year’s winner of the library’s Rock the Shelf Employee of the Year Award! We join the library in recognizing Diego’s great work on SRQ Con, a library pop-culture convention that brought together book lovers, gamers, artists and more in a fantastic community celebration.
The Team of Year Award went to the Tech Navigator Team for creating an innovative, user-friendly way for anyone to visit the library for one-on-one technology tutoring. The Library Foundation is honored to sponsor these awards and provide grants that the winners can use for continued professional development.

Did you know? Our library is expanding its memory collection of dementia-friendly easy readers, picture books, Launchpads and BiFolkal kits. The memory collection provides library materials to engage and stimulate people living with memory impairments such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
